Stancato’s Meatball Milano Soup
1 1/2 cups Beef Stock
3 oz. Wedding Soup Meatballs
1/3 teaspoon Fresh Garlic (shredded)
2 cups Stancatoís Marinara
1 pinch Fresh Spinach (chopped)
  • Simmer beef stock, wedding soup meatballs, and fresh garlic for 10 minutes.
  • Add marinara and heat.
  • Mix in chopped fresh spinach immediately before serving.
